FAQ

  • Do you offer installment or partial payment?
Yes, we do! You need not pay the entire sum at once, if you don't feel like committing. We accept partial payment in two installments: first installment in the beginning of the course and second installment after completing the course halfway.
  • Will I have to pay for the books and study resources separately?
No. We live by 'pay once = pay for everything at once' policy; we will provide you all the study resources needed. All our course fees are inclusive of the study resources, be it books, exercise sheets, tables and charts or magazines!
  • I have learnt German before, but it has been a while. Where and how do I restart?"
Regular revision, reading and consuming media are some of the important practices to follow after one finishes learning anything new; for languages, one needs to be even stricter. We recommend writing an 'Einstufungstest,' the placement test. Many such tests are free to write online. One of our article has a compilation of such tests. We offer a placement test for our current and new students who wish to pursue A2 or higher levels. Those tests divide every level into two sublevels: A1.1-A1.2, A2.1-A2.2, B1.1-B1.2. This way, we know just exactly where you stand and what concepts need a quick recap.
  • What is your online teaching method? What platform do you use?
We teach via video call in which we share our screen with you that resembles a classroom. Graphics tablet makes it really easy to write on board, and easier for you to take notes. We also give you the books so we learn flipping through the books, solving audio exercises, watching films associated with the course book and so on. Here's an article of ours with some screenshots. We use video conferencing apps such as Skype, Cisco Webex, Whereby, Hangouts.
